Apr 10, 2018Norm was born in 1947 to Irene Fowler and Earl Raymond Fowler Jr. He served in the United States Navy.He is preceded in death by his mother, Irene Fowler; father, Earl Raymond Fowler Jr.; two brothers, Tom Fowler, Jim Fowler, and one sister, Judy Fowler. He is survived by his two brothers Ken Fowler (Gloria), Calvin Fowler (Rose), and three sisters, Mala Anderson, Jeannie Young (Neil), and Sandy Wadley. He is also survived by four children, Ray Fowler, Robyn Hyde (Jared), Earl Fowler (and his family) and Claudia Shelley (Shaun). He had many grandchildren, all of whom he dearly loved.Funeral Services with Military Honors will be held Monday, April 9th at 11:30 am at the American Fork 9th Ward, 673 East 300 North, American Fork, Utah, where a Viewing will take place prior to the services from 9:30 to 11:00 am.In lieu of Flowers, the Family asks that you donate to Huntsman Cancer Center.
